President Yoweri Museveni is delivering the State of the Nation address at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds in Kampala.
Some of the issues expected to be prominent in the president’s address are economic growth, soaring national debt, taxation, state of roads, security, and health.
The President’s address shall be in fulfillment of the Constitutional requirement under Article 101 (1) of the Constitution.
