Victoria University VC Dr Lawrence Muganga Scoops Award For Advancing Uganda’s Tertiary Education, Supporting Vulnerable Students

Victoria University’s Vice Chancellor Dr Lawrence Muganga, a highly celebrated educationist has been recognized by Eng. Dr. Ronald Balimwezo, Member of Parliament for Nakawa East Constituency, for advancing tertiary education reforms and improving Uganda’s higher education.

Hon Balimwezo says that Dr Muganga has in a short period been able to make a powerful impact on Uganda’s education system and contributed immensely to students’ well being especially the vulnerable.

”In recognition of your tremendous contribution towards tertiary education reforms and provision of bursaries to vulnerable students of Uganda,” Eng Balimwezo inked on the award to Dr. Muganga.

Receiving the award, the thrilled Muganga wrote an appreciating note to Eng Balimwezo stating that such recognition further strengthens his dedication to empowering aspiring students with the tools they need to thrive academically and in life.
