We are still dissecting the character of His Excellency President Museveni.
A good Commander must be well versed in the art of reconnaissance, as a password to dismantling an enemy force, at a given point in time therein!
Thanks to President Museveni, in advancing the norm of socio-economic transformation, the government is allocating one hundred million shillings per year per parish in all the 10,595 parish units across the country, in the framework of the parish development model as one of the means for business enterprise.
A good Commander must be conscious of preemptive warfare, by measuring well the terrain, and the combative strength of his forces, depending on the nature of war!
Thanks to President Museveni, in aligning the needs of the health sector, the government of Uganda pays a senior medical consultant 20 million shillings (minus allowances), a medical consultant 18.5 million shillings, and a nursing officer 5 million shillings. The 6,500 health center units across Uganda are worth mentioning in the medical sphere.
A good Commander, is well skilled in the fortification of artillery, keeping in mind the measurement of force units in anticipation of war!
Thanks to President Museveni, from an angle of democracy, there are 146 women representatives in Parliament (minus the women ex-officials and women directly elected), as one of the avenues to promote women’s emancipation in the world, a way of life in Uganda admired even by western democracies.
A good Commander is always mindful of dialectical materialism, as a measure of countering diverse forces attempting to usurp the world of globalization!
Thanks to President Museveni, Uganda’s exports by the month of July 2023 (alone) were 470 million US dollars. Now that Russia, China, India and so many African countries are opening up markets for Uganda’s products and services. Uganda’s strategic agenda of Industrialisation and Pan-Africanism shall be realized at all costs.
