The man, identified as Vincent Bwayo, 27, a resident of Watoko village, Butingu Parish in Bumali Sub-County, is said to have committed the act the night of Friday, September 15.
Florence Busikwa, a resident of the same village, told New Vision that she overheard Bwayo shout accusations at his wife, Justine Wachemba, 23, of being involved in an extra-marital affair with a neighbor identified as James Musoba.
