Busoga Thrilled As ONC Boss Namyalo Injects UGX10M Into Mwenemu’s Wedding, To Deliver Income Generating Equipment Worth Millions On Kasiki

By Frank Kamuntu

The Office of the National Chairman (ONC) headed by the most loyal muzzukulu Hajjat Hadijja Namyalo has injected Ugx10million into the most anticipated Busoga Kingdom royal wedding of Kyabazinga Gabula Nadiope IV and Ms. Jovia Mutesi slated for 18th November 2023.

At a presser held at Sheraton Hotel Kampala, Namyalo handed the huge cash to the chairman organizing committee for this wedding Mr Patrick Batumbya who was accompanied by the Katukiro (Prime Minister) of the kingdom, Mr Joseph Muvawala Nsekere.

”On top of the huge support, our most beloved Jajja HE.Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has already given to the Kingdom as a contribution to this wedding, his bazzukulu at ONC have also collected Ugx10m amongst themselves as our contribution because we want our most handsome-youthful king to have a successful wedding,” said Namyalo.

She noted that it will not stop at Ugx10m but also ONC has already sealed plans to boost the wedding with a kasiki (pre-wedding party) that will be held on 10th of November 2023 at Bugembe Stadium in Jinja City, where Museveni’s bazzukulu in all the 12 districts of Busoga will be empowered with a couple of income generating equipment and tools in her continued drive for social economic transformation of Ugandans.

The ONC boss, who also doubles as the Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs says the drive for jobs and wealth creation comes in handy to empower youths to engage in various income-generating activities to refute the UBOS findings which put Busoga amongst the poverty-stricken regions in the country.

”We all know how hardworking basoga are, we all know that the yummy chapatis we enjoy most here in Kampala is something that was initiated by basoga, we also know very well how these people support our beloved Jajja Museveni, so I call them up on to come in large numbers on 10th this month we equip them with tools to help them kick poverty out of their homes,” noted Namyalo.

”Am happy we are doing this with the Kingdom and all we shall be giving out on that day will be free of charge and not politicized in any way, so those from NRM, NUP, FDC are all welcome because they are all bazzukulu of HE Yoweri Museveni, she added.

Some of the equipment to be given out on the Kasiki include; popcorn making machines, spraying machines, brick laying machines, paver making machines, seeds for farmers, fertilizers, salon equipment, sawing machines to mention but a few.

She also noted that the bazzukulu will be kicked into the enjoyment mode by the ‘baddest’ rapper Gravity Omutujju and they are currently in talks with Alien Skin to also come and level up the party.

The Kingdom’s Prime Minister Muvawala commended NRM and specifically ONC for standing with them to have the wedding successful.

”I want to tell you that basoga where ever they are, they are thrilled by this huge contribution you have made. I wrote to Namyalo and other very many people but at least among those Namyalo has responded with a very good contribution, I thank you Hajjat and your colleagues at ONC for standing with us,” noted Muvawala.
