Sam Mayanja, has allegedly issued an illegal land allocation to a certain Zubair Galiwango without the necessary approval of the Lands Commission. ”This week on Thursday he organized a secret meeting with Mbale City land mafias on the same issue though the land is rightfully allocated to a Church,” says sources.
