It was a holy day at Office of the National Chairman (ONC) where bazzukulu, well-wishers, government officials, politicians, NRM diehards and bigwigs convened to thank God for healing Uganda’s First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni.
HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni last week declared that the First Lady had tested positive for COVID-19 and was placed in isolation. Few days later, he announced that she was now fit and free from the deadly illness.
The above-left bazzukulu especially those under his ONC office Kyambogo jubilating before they asked workaholic and loyal servant aka Chief Muzzukulu Hajjat Hadija Namyalo who is ONC Manager to organize an event specifically to thank God for healing Janet which she warmly accepted!.
Now, today this event attracted magnitudes of bazzukulu from with in Kampala and upcountry, leaving the entire ONC office compound filled with all sorts of dances, worshiping and praising led by several religious leaders from various denominations.
First lady and entire 1st family at this event was represented by former PA to first lady dubbed Rwampara District Woman MP Hon. Molly Musiime Asiimwe who noted that mama and father of the nation HE. YK Museveni are so grateful for the endless love they receive every day from their bazzukulu under the leadership of Chief Muzzukulu Hajjat Namyalo.
”This thanks giving event is so unique and our mama Janet has told me to thank you very much for organizing this event on her behalf. Indeed, we must thank God because a country without a mother can’t stand. And now that she is healed and back to her healthy life, expect nothing but swift progress and transformation of this country,” said Hon Asiimwe.
When she picked up the microphone, Hajjat Namyalo lashed out to those ‘shouting’ that Museveni should retire, noting that as bazzukulu they still demand a lot from him and so can’t allow him to retire before fulfilling his promises.
”Some dreamers think Museveni can be allowed to retire, as bazzukulu we are not ready for such news. Today bazzukulu have told me not to only command Museveni but also mama. Our mama, now that you are healed, we are giving you the job of staying with our jajja like you have been his shoulder for the past 37 years as first lady. We are commanding you not to leave alone our jajja and also command you not to step out of state house, you are the only tested and proven first lady that can mother all of us, that’s an order from your beloved bazzukulu!,” said Namyalo.
She noted that her office will continue supporting Ugandans, especially the youths to start up jobs in a bid to kick poverty out of Uganda.
”Our jajja has for the whole of last year been supporting his bazzukulu in various parts of this country, I have heard some MPs here lobbying for their constituencies, I am going to pass on your demands to our Jajja because we are not orphans, we have a caring father Museveni and am sure all those empowerment needs will be sorted,” promised Namyalo.

Robina Gureme Rwakoojo, Cabinet Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President Hon Diana Nankunda Mutasingwa, Kampala Central Mayor Hon Salim Uhuru, NRM Youth League Chairperson, Hon Gaddafi Nasur, Uganda’s Ambassador To Saudi Arabia Sheikh Sulaiman Gugwa, Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development Hon Judith Nalule Nabakooba, former Supreme Mufti Kasule Ndirangwa among very many others.
