The Office of the National Chairman (ONC), has further confirmed that all is set this very FRIDAY, 13th December, to hold a mega sports Gala dubbed ‘Bazzukulu Sports Gala’-to be held at MTN Omondi Stadium. To make the venue more clear, this stadium is the home of Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club.
The above has further been sealed by the mighty manager of ONC, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo who via her socials has stated that this event is a must-attend for all the youths who want to showcase and develop their talents.

”All is set for the #BazzukuluSportsGala slated for Friday 13th December. Mark the date. Come show your talent. This gala will draw the curtains on 2024. Miss only if you must.”
The above statement now silences the falsehoods and nugatory propaganda that was being spread by selfish individuals with messages confusing the bazzukulu on the exact date of the event and the venue, thanks to SWIFT NEWS which aims at informing and not misinforming, date is 13th Friday!
Launching this sports event few days back, Hajjat Namyalo said the secret behind it is to promote sporting talent and healthy fitness among youths.
She said the event has already attracted over 50 teams and a couple of musicians across the country, led by Jose Chameleon.
“We invite every team within Kampala to come and show what they have in as far as talents are concerned. Come let’s promote your talent with this Bazzukulu Gala,” the ONC Boss said, adding that trophies, medals and cash prizes will be awarded to the winning teams on d-day.
Hajjat rallied sports lovers, especially the youth, to make their way to the stadium in a show of support for their teams as this will be a day of high-energy football and a showcase of talent in the city.
“This is an open invite for everyone who has a passion for sports. Let’s turn up in big numbers and celebrate the Bazzukulu as they showcase their talent and passion for soccer,” she said.
At the same event, Hajjat welcomed former Uganda Cranes captain, Hassan Wasswa Mawanda who is the brand ambassador for the Gala and urged the youths who look forward to representing the national team to embrace his involvement in this Bazzukulu activity.
The thrilling football gala, aimed at promoting fitness and healthy living among the youth, will feature 50+ teams (including ONC Football Club) competing in an exhilarating day-long series of group league phase and knockout matches, culminating in a highly anticipated final clash between the last two teams.
A special recognition awaits the standout players of the day, with prizes for the Top Scorer, Best Player Overall, and Best Goalkeeper – all celebrating individual excellence amidst the team spirit. The winning team and the runners-up in the grand finale will also be heavily rewarded with trophies, medals and cash prizes.
