Eggs are a nutritious food rich in protein, vitamins, and essential minerals. However, certain medical conditions may require individuals to limit or avoid egg consumption.

One such condition is egg allergy, where the immune system reacts negatively to egg proteins, causing symptoms like rashes, breathing difficulties, or digestive issues.

People with high cholesterol or heart disease should also moderate egg intake, especially yolks, which contain cholesterol that may contribute to heart problems.

Similarly, individuals with diabetes need to be cautious, as excessive cholesterol intake can increase the risk of heart complications.

Liver and gallbladder diseases may worsen with high-fat foods, including egg yolks, which can put extra strain on these organs.

Those with kidney disease should also regulate protein intake, as excess protein can stress the kidneys. Additionally, people with food sensitivities or intolerances may experience bloating, nausea, or digestive discomfort after consuming eggs.

For those with any of these conditions, consulting a healthcare professional is essential before making dietary decisions.

Alternative protein sources, such as legumes, fish, or dairy, can be considered. While eggs offer numerous health benefits, they may not be suitable for everyone, and moderation is key to maintaining overall health.
