Unbwogable Namyalo Electrifies Katwe Ghetto, Equips Thousands Of Museveni’s Bazzukulu With Empowerment Tools, Motorcycles & Jajja’s 2026 Message!

By Our Reporter

In an electrifying empowerment storm that rocked Katwe Ku Kisaawe on Wednesday, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye — the unapologetic Senior Presidential Advisor and National Coordinator for Bazzukulu under the Office of the National Chairman (ONC) — delivered a thunderous call to Uganda’s ghetto youth, women, and grassroots communities to reject political opportunists, embrace discipline, and guard President Museveni’s legacy ahead of the 2026 elections.

Speaking to a pulsating crowd under the theme Abanaku Tweyambe (“Let the Poor Help Themselves”), Hajjat Namyalo didn’t mince words:

“This is more than just receiving tools. It’s about rejecting lies, walking with purpose, and building a future anchored in peace and discipline. Do not be misused by self-seekers. Jajja’s vision is one of unity, not chaos.”

Her words hit home as hundreds of ghetto youth stood shoulder to shoulder under the scorching sun — not in protest, but in hope. The ONC boss personally oversaw the handover of a massive assortment of life-changing empowerment tools:
✔ 30+ toolboxes
✔ 150 mattresses
✔ 50 sewing machines
✔ 50 welding machines
✔ 20 car washers
✔ 20 ovens
✔ 50 hair and hand dryers
✔ 5 bricklaying machines
✔ 20 popcorn machines
✔ 10 groundnut grinders

Football jerseys, boxing gloves, and other sporting gear were also distributed to encourage talent development and brotherhood across ghettos.

Namyalo also issued a rallying cry for July 5th — the anticipated day when President Yoweri Museveni is expected to be nominated as the official NRM flag bearer for 2026.

“Makindye and Kampala must thunder with support on that day! Let’s show the country that the ghetto is not for sale. We walk with Jajja not for a token, but because he has always stood with the downtrodden,” she declared to wild applause.

Apostle Benson Kayondo, speaking on behalf of the Reformed Generation of Pastors and Preachers Association — co-organizers of the event — praised ONC for doing what many formal government programs had failed to do.

“This initiative is gospel in action. Hope is no longer a sermon. It’s a toolbox, a sewing machine, a new beginning.”

Single mother Nakiwogo Sarah was overwhelmed with emotion as she received a sewing machine.

“I thought God had forgotten me. Today, I walk home with a way to feed my children. Hajjat is a blessing,” she tearfully said.

Makindye Deputy RCC Caroline Nashemeza applauded the initiative, branding it as the “missing link” in Uganda’s fight against exclusion and unemployment.

“This is real service delivery. The people trust ONC because they feel it,” she noted.

The event also attracted a swarm of political aspirants, all showing loyalty to the NRM’s grassroots mission. Notable attendees included Kampala Lord Mayor hopefuls Kizito Moses Nsubuga and Dr. Thaddeus Musoke Nagenda, Kampala Woman MP aspirants Shamim Nanfuka and Kenyangi Safina, Makindye West hopeful Keita Doreen Kagabi, and Makindye Division Mayor Yasini Omari.

To cap off the empowerment storm, top artists Gravity Omutujju, Ykee Benda, and Sanyo lit up the evening with explosive performances that transformed Katwe into a street festival of unity and resilience. Local Makindye talents also took to the stage, echoing the message that the ghetto is rising — and it’s rising with purpose.
