The Minister of Presidency, Milly Babalanda, must be experiencing sleepless nights after reports that she has appointed TikToker Kyisa Kya Mukama among the assistant RDCs/RCCs.
For our new readers, this TikToker is famously known for using social media to spread toxic abuses. The shameless TikToker in 2023 publicly undressed himself before Kabaka and abused him and the entire Kingdom using disgusting statements that we are unable to use in this article.
The reports of Kyisakya Mukama’s appointment have left Ugandans shocked and netizens fuming at Babalanda wondering how she finds such a person fit to serve in a public office.
Meanwhile, we shall wait for the official list from the Office of the Presidency to confirm his appointment and where he is going to be deployed.
In her Sunday post on her socials, Babalanda confirmed that only two staff members have been recruited to support office activities. “I hereby confirm that the President’s Office has appointed two individuals to assist in the RDC office.”
She noted that once the necessary public service procedures are completed, a comprehensive list of successful candidates will be published for public awareness and support, and this is the list everyone is now waiting for!
