Deputy Resident District Commissioner (D/RDC) Prossy Mwanjuzi must be in the church this morning praising and worshiping in tongues after surviving being killed by deadly people who engulfed her home on the night of Saturday 1st June 2023.
According to Mwanjuzi, she was sleeping with her family when a number of unknown people entered her home and went straight to her parked car before they attempted to ignite it with the motive of seeing her out of the house so that they could kill her.
After some good minutes of using this trick that didn’t work out, Mwanjuzi says the attackers changed and started hooting the car.
”It was around 2 am they tried to ignite it several times thinking I would step out. Later they started hooting it until they realized all their tricks were failing and so they decided to set it on fire and immediately took off,” says Mwanjuzi.

She says such attacks were expected because ever since she was transferred to Mityana as D/RDC, a lot has been achieved and she has been ruthless against mafias who used to grab peoples’ land and corrupt gov’t officials among other criminals.
Prossy says she knew that in her battle against mafias, she could lose her life and as a result of this, she has been trying to engage the concerned security organs to give her guards but unfortunately, none has been assigned to her.
”Yesterday’s attack was not news to me, although it was so scary and has since left me traumatized. However, I say it’s not news because I expected it. People here can tell you how they used to suffer before I came. These criminals here and untouchable mafias were harassing them, grabbing their land, so do you think such criminals wish me life?” noted Mwanjuzi.
She expressed disappointment with how the District Police Commander (DPC) and Regional Police Commander (RPC) have been so reluctant to ensure that she gets security.
”For long I have been crying to the DPC & RPC to get me security but nothing has been done. The other time I was told to write to the Police headquarters, I did so, but nothing was done. Also, some time back I wrote to UPDF 3rd Division Commander Brig Semwanga but all I have been getting is empty promises,” added a disappointed Mwanjuzi who is now in total fear of the next step of her attackers, something that should swiftly awaken security bosses and immediately assign security to this Museveni’s loyal servant.
