Just In: Sadio Mane Quits Bayern Munich For Manchester United?

By Frank Kamuntu

Sadio Mane could be set for a shock return to the Premier League just one year after leaving Liverpool to join Bayern Munich.

The 31-year-old has failed to find his form with the Bundesliga leaders and both parties are ready to cut ties this summer. Manchester United were previously close to signing Mane before he joined Liverpool and may reignite their interest in the Senegal international.

The Mirror reveals: “Sadio Mane is set to leave Bayern Munich this summer with Manchester United emerging as a shock transfer option for the former Liverpool forward. The forward has no future at the club and will be sold this summer.

“Manchester United, along with Newcastle, are the two clubs most likely to sign Mane.”

Sadio Mané is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Senegal national team. Widely regarded as one of the best players in the world and amongst the greatest African players of all time, he is known for his pressing, dribbling, and speed.
