The Head of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has this evening graced the highly anticipated National Prayers of the NRM Women’s League, an electrifying convergence of women leaders and chairpersons from every corner of the country, held at Hotel La Vena, Seguku Katale.

The spiritual gathering, organized by Adrine Kobusingye, the newly elected National Chairperson of the NRM Women’s League, has served as both a solemn invocation and a political call to action. With President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s official nomination slated for tomorrow, the prayers are vibrant platform for reaffirming the women’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding Uganda’s hard-earned peace, security, and socio-economic progress.

In her stirring message, Hajjat Namyalo implored Ugandan women to stand firm as vanguards of mobilization, urging them to remain the guardians of the transformational gains achieved under President Museveni’s steady leadership. She has underscored the pivotal role of women in sustaining political stability and advancing socio-economic transformation, calling for unity, resilience, and an unshakable determination to secure the country’s future.

“Women have always been the heartbeat of change and the custodians of progress,” Namyalo declared, her words resonating across the packed hall. “We must not only defend the victories of today but also chart the path for an even brighter tomorrow under President Museveni’s visionary guidance.”

The prayers, held under the unifying theme “All Women for Museveni – Small Things Must Change,” symbolize a nationwide chorus rallying for continuity and renewal. Women leaders reaffirmed their commitment to convincing the President to once again offer himself for the 2026 elections, emphasizing that his tested stewardship remains indispensable to Uganda’s stability and prosperity.

Notably, Hajjat Namyalo stands out as one of the few loyal servants of President Museveni whose tireless efforts have consistently translated into tangible grassroots support for the NRM. Over the years, she has spearheaded a series of pro-Museveni campaigns, crisscrossing the country to mobilize millions and ignite enthusiasm for the President’s continued leadership. Her dynamic approach, blending pragmatic mobilization with charismatic engagement, has made her a key architect in the drive to keep Museveni on the ballot.

Now, as Uganda edges closer to another decisive election, the Women’s League’s prayers and Hajjat Namyalo’s rallying call send a resounding message of unity, faith, and determination: that under Museveni’s enduring leadership, Uganda’s journey toward a brighter and more secure future remains firmly on course.
