Finally! Business Mogul Sudhir Unveils Multibillion Pearl Business Park

Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, Uganda’s leading businessman and real estate mogul, has unveiled the multibillion Pearl Business Park in Kampala.

The highly anticipated project, developed by Meera Investments, is set to reshape the city’s commercial skyline with its modern design and state-of-the-art facilities.

Located on Yusuf Lule Road, a prime location in Kampala, the business park will span over 124,560 square meters, offering a mix of corporate offices, residential units, retail outlets and more.

According to Dr. Sudhir, the chairman of Ruparelia Group, the facility will feature cutting-edge infrastructure, ample parking space, and green spaces, making it not only a business hub but also a centre of innovation and sustainability.

“We are committed to delivering a world-class development that balances luxury, technology, and sustainability. The Pearl Business Park will be a game-changer in Uganda’s real estate sector, setting new standards in design, comfort, and environmental responsibility,” Dr. Sudhir said.

Dr Sudhir further added that Pearl Business Park which boasts of several floors with impressive architectural designs will house a variety of office spaces, conference centres, restaurants, and high-end retail stores.

Additionally, the park will feature eco-friendly initiatives such as solar energy systems and water recycling mechanisms, positioning it as a model for sustainable urban development in Africa.

“The property will provide state-of-the-art office spaces, residential units, and retail outlets, all while upholding a commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable development practices. Our focus on sustainability is central to our vision. The facility will also have tight security measures with access control protocols and 24 hour dedicated security personnel and over 170 CCTV cameras in all public areas.
