A woman is inconsolable after losing her loved ones who met their untimely demise painfully.
The mother refused to be comforted following the great loss of her children, whom she had left home.
The kids were alone in their grass-thatched house as they cooked, waiting for their mother and father.
Suddenly, a strong wind began to blow in the house and the fire, which the little ones used to cook, grew bigger.
The fire became too much, and once it caused the grass to make the house, it consumed the whole shelter.
“Please tell me it is a lie. Please tell me it is not true,” the helpless mother of the three kids who perished cried.
She was surrounded by a group of women who stared at her speechlessly, wondering what to say or do for her.
She sat on the ground as she wept for her three children, who were no more after being consumed by the fire.
Video footage captured the aftermath of the blazing inferno that claimed the lives of the young ones.
The house was burned to the ground with the household items, especially the utensils, covered in soot.
The residents were filled with grief and sorrow as they came out in large numbers following the sad incident.
Social media users who saw the video headed to the comment section to pen moving messages.

Closer home, two young children met their demise after a fire incident at their home in Igembe North, Meru county.
The area chief confirmed the incident and cautioned parents against leaving their children locked inside their homes.
