Dr Sudhir Joins Other Ugandans To Congratulate Rajiv On Prestigious Continental Recognition

Ugandan businessman and property mogul, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, has showered praise on his son, Rajiv Ruparelia, following his prestigious induction into the Choiseul 100 Africa list of top young African entrepreneurs and economic leaders for 2024.

This recognition coincides with the 10th anniversary of the Institut Choiseul’s celebrated rankings, which highlight African business leaders under the age of 40 who are driving economic growth on the continent.

Rajiv, who serves as the Managing Director of Ruparelia Group, Uganda’s largest conglomerate, was the only Ugandan to feature in the 2024 ranking, underscoring his dedication and commitment to the growth and diversification of the Ruparelia Group.

In a brief social media post, Sudhir congratulated his son saying” I couldn’t be prouder to congratulate Rajiv on being recognized in the #Choiseul100Africa 2024. This prestigious recognition highlights the top 100 young African leaders, under the age of 40, who are making a significant impact on the continent’s future.

Sudhir adds that Rajiv’s hard work, vision, and dedication to excellence have truly set him apart.

“His contributions to Ruparelia Group have been remarkable, as he has consistently brought innovative ideas and strategies that have propelled the company to new heights. His leadership has played a vital role in shaping our companies’ success and expanding its influence within Uganda and beyond,” Sudhir remarked.

“Being named the only young leader in Uganda for this award is an incredible honour, and it reflects the dedication and commitment Rajiv has shown throughout his career. Rajiv, your achievements inspire those around you, and I am excited to see how you will continue to influence the future,” the billionaire mogul adds.

Since 2014, the Institut Choiseul has been committed to highlighting young African leaders who, through their dynamism, audacity, and creativity, are shaping Africa’s future. To date, this network includes over 800 laureates and alumni across 50 countries, representing a true pool of talent and influence.
