Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, Senior Presidential Advisor and Manager of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), has praised Hajj Ntale Adam, the owner of Ntale Ointment Product LTD, for his significant contributions to job creation and youth empowerment.

During her visit to the company’s factory in Kirinya, Bweyogerere, Hajjat Namyalo met with a group of the over 300 employees and toured the facility. She highlighted the vital role businesses like Ntale Ointment play in enhancing livelihoods and promised to advocate for the proprietor’s concerns with President Yoweri Museveni.

“This factory exemplifies how local entrepreneurs can transform communities by creating opportunities for our youth. Hajj Ntale’s dedication to employing and rehabilitating young people is truly commendable,” she stated. “I will personally ensure that the issues raised here reach the President and advocate for the necessary support to help expand this business.”

During the visit, Hajj Ntale expressed his need for government assistance to enhance the company’s operations and increase its capacity to employ more Ugandans. He stressed the importance of private-sector partnerships in aligning with government initiatives to achieve shared development goals.

“We require support to grow our factory so we can provide more jobs and improve livelihoods. If given the opportunity, this factory can serve as a flagship for what local industries can achieve,” Hajj Ntale remarked. “We are thankful for the ONC’s recognition and their collaboration in community initiatives like the upcoming Bazzukulu Sports Gala.”

The Bazzukulu Sports Gala, set for December 13 at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo, is organized in partnership with Ntale Ointment Product LTD and aims to promote youth engagement through sports.

Hajjat Namyalo emphasized the significance of supporting local businesses in realizing President Museveni’s vision of an empowered and inclusive nation. “Partnerships like this showcase how we can collaborate to uplift our communities. This initiative is about more than just jobs; it’s about restoring dignity and hope,” she noted.

During her visit, Hajjat Namyalo and her team enjoyed a delightful meal and were entertained by various artists, including reggae musician Henry Tigan. Hajj Ntale also provided a guided tour of the facility, sharing how the company has successfully rehabilitated youths from street life and crime.

“Our mission goes beyond producing high-quality beauty products; we aim to transform lives. We believe in offering youth a second chance to positively contribute to society,” Hajj Ntale concluded.

Additionally, the government has allocated land to entrepreneurs in Namanve, a development that Hajj Ntale hinted could further benefit local industries.
