After much anticipation and long waiting, the Bugisu Youths Symposium has finally made its grand return! Scheduled for December 20, 2024, this exciting event will take place at the renowned Mbale Secondary School (MBSS), offering the region’s youth a unique opportunity to engage with HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. It is a day not to be missed, as the symposium promises to be an inspiring and impactful occasion for all in attendance.

Museveni at this event organized by his Office of the National Chairman (ONC-Kyambogo), will address his bazzukulu, share valuable insights on wealth creation, leadership, and the power of self-empowerment. The event will be an incredible learning opportunity for the youth of Bugisu, providing them with the tools and motivation to carve out successful futures in their personal and professional lives.

The symposium is expected to draw youths from the six districts and one city that make up the Bugisu region. It is a call to all the vibrant and ambitious young people in these areas to come together and learn from one of the most respected figures in the nation. The importance of the event cannot be overstated—it’s an exceptional chance for the youth to hear firsthand advice on how they can harness their potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the country at large.
