Workaholic Servants: Dr Muganga Recognizes Christine Nabayise, Several Other VU Staff For Exceptional Performance In 2024

Ms Christine Nabayise is among the nine Victoria University staff who as we report this are smiling ear to ear after being recognized by their friendly boss Dr Lawrence Muganga for their extraordinary performance in 2024.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Nabayise was commended for her outstanding performance, particularly in her role as a marketer. Vice Chancellor Muganga recognized Christine’s exemplary efforts in promoting the university’s initiatives.

Nabayise took to social media to celebrate her achievement, extending her heartfelt thanks to those who contributed to her success. “I want to congratulate myself for being recognized among the staff commended for their outstanding performance at Victoria University,” she wrote, emphasizing her pride in being acknowledged for her hard work and dedication.

In her post, Nabayise also expressed appreciation to Conan Busingye and Dr. Lawrence Muganga for their support. “Thank you, Conan Busingye and Dr. Lawrence Muganga,” she added, acknowledging the role their guidance and encouragement played in her success.

Other hardworking staff that were recognized with Nabayise include; Abdul Hakim Ahmed, Wodiya Isaac, Dr Evans Chimenga, Aturinda Precious, Mutesi Charlotte, Opini Bernard, Nakaweesi Kayonga Doreen and Ssebandeke Steven.

In the same spirit, dozens of other staff VU staff went home in awee mode after being handed each, juicy Christmas goodies all aimed at commending them for working tirelessly to boost the University’s successes.

Dr. Muganga, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance among its staff. Speaking at the awards ceremony, Muganga underscored the importance of acknowledging hard work and dedication within the university, stating that such recognition plays a vital role in motivating the team.

“We believe in celebrating excellence within our ranks,” Muganga remarked. “Recognizing the outstanding contributions of our staff is not only a way to appreciate their hard work but also to inspire others to follow their example.
