The runway presentation emerged as the heart of the festival, offering a compelling display of Ugandan talent across different design philosophies. Designers such as Kissinger and Nelly Salvatore delivered bold and imaginative pieces that showcased high-concept creativity. Crochet Savvy elevated knitwear with refined craftsmanship, demonstrating its place within high fashion. Established labels including Eguana Kampala and Kai’s Divo Collection impressed audiences with confident, well-executed collections that reflected their leadership within the industry. Axarya presented stylish ready-to-wear pieces drawn from multiple collections, while emerging designers Kirkland Kampala and Joan Jade introduced fresh ideas that pointed toward a promising future for Ugandan fashion.
The runway production was executed with precision and elegance, guided by stylists Elton Brasson and Solomon Tazibone, with model management by Enzo Productions. The models delivered outstanding performances marked by discipline, confidence, and international-standard professionalism, elevating the entire showcase and keeping the audience fully engaged.
Beauty and hair artistry added another layer of excellence to the presentation. Scarlet Studios led an extensive team that created bold and imaginative makeup looks, seamlessly adapting to each designer’s vision. Hair by Zziwa complemented the runway with striking afrocentric styles that celebrated texture, structure, and individuality, enhancing the overall visual impact of the show.
As the night unfolded, the energy surrounding the runway remained electric, reflecting the audience’s appreciation for the quality and creativity on display.
