In contemporary civilization, agronomic is a password to African growth. This is well exemplified through the 70 billion US dollar earnings per year by the black continent, from agricultural exports.

Thanks to Vladimir Putin, trilateral agreements with black nations, are yielding donations of fertilizers worth 400,000 tonnes per year to Africa, in supplement to the profess in the agricultural sector.

The matrix of military formation and peace building, is not just a nomenclature for states in Africa, but is a sine qua non in advancing territorial jurisdiction, from time to time!

Thanks to Vladimir Putin, the well negotiated protocols between Russia and the North cum West African states, has always yielded value in in artillery and marine forces, with well supplied Russian Commandos who assist in Cadet training for such nations.

Russian diplomacy, by configurative design of it’s foreign policy, is ever mindful of external debt financing by IMF and World Bank to Africa, which may hinder economic growth, in the circumstances that a country lacks the muscle, to swap it’s financial liabilities

Thanks to Vladimir Illiyanovish Putin, Russia’s cancellation of 23 billion dollar debt for Africa, with no strings attached, is an open door, for Africa’s flourishing export industry, which earned the black continent, 400 billion US dollars in the services sector alone.

By statutory unction, Russia’s intermediary diplomacy, is devoid of moral coercion, putting in context the norms and values of black nations, and it’s people therein!

Thanks to Illiyanovish Vladimir Putin, Russia strongly supports the Anti Homosexuality law in Uganda and other African countries, with intent of human race preservation, for such generations yet to come.
