Abba Marcus’ Girlfriend Fumes Venom To Haters As Private Videos Leak Online

Angel, the girlfriend of singer Abba Marcus, has spoken out after private videos reportedly linked to the couple surfaced online, criticizing those who have been sharing and viewing the content.
In a post shared on her Instagram Story, Angel expressed frustration that the public appeared more interested in the leaked videos than in supporting Abba Marcus’s music career.
“Yall too busy promoting our videos but not his music,” she wrote. “Watching two 20-year-olds is weird enough. Watching that person grow up is different, but watching them like this for fun is even weirder. I think most of yall are pedos.”
The videos, which were reportedly downloaded from a subscription-based content platform before being circulated online, began trending on social media on June 11.
The recordings are believed to have been made some time ago. Observers noted that Angel does not appear pregnant in the clips, despite recently revealing that she is more than six months pregnant.
The incident is the latest in a series of online privacy controversies involving Ugandan public figures and social media personalities. Similar leaks have recently been reported involving Kisitu Kirabo, Chicken Chicken, and Shani Lips, sparking renewed debate about digital privacy and the unauthorized distribution of intimate content.
Social media personality Lala256, whose own private videos were also circulated online on the same day, criticized law enforcement authorities for what she described as a failure to hold those responsible for leaking such material accountable.
According to Lala, investigations should focus on identifying and prosecuting individuals who unlawfully distribute private content rather than targeting those featured in the recordings.
She also defended the existence of private recordings between consenting adults, arguing that many people engage in activities within relationships that are never intended for public consumption.
The growing trend has generated widespread discussion on social media, with public figures offering differing perspectives on the issue.
Among them was socialite Doreen Kabareebe, who condemned the creation and sharing of intimate content, urging women to exercise caution in their relationships.
“I condemn this behavior. Young ladies should start respecting themselves. No principled woman will send nudes to a man in the name of love,” Kabareebe said.
She further argued that partners who genuinely respect one another should not request intimate images and advised women to avoid creating such content altogether.
The recent incidents have reignited conversations about cyber harassment, consent, and online safety in Uganda, particularly as personal content can be copied and shared widely within minutes.
Digital rights advocates have repeatedly warned that the non-consensual distribution of private photos and videos can have serious emotional, psychological, and reputational consequences for victims. They have called for stronger enforcement of laws targeting those who leak and disseminate private material without consent.
By the time of publication, police had not publicly responded to comments calling for greater action against individuals responsible for distributing the content online.
