In a viral video, staff members were seen presenting usage logs to justify the consumption, but the man remained unconvinced, insisting the data usage did not align with his actual internet activity. He also threatened to take the matter online, escalating the confrontation.
The incident has reignited concerns among Nigerians over the transparency of so-called “unlimited” data plans offered by telecom providers. Many users took to social media to share similar experiences and frustrations.
