Thousands of believers on Wednesday night thronged the Phaneroo Ministries International grounds in Kampala for the highly anticipated Phaneroo Night Prayer 2025, an all-night thanksgiving and prayer service held to mark the end of 2025 and prophetically usher in the year 2026.

The overnight gathering attracted worshippers from over 30 countries across Africa, the Arab world, Asia and Europe, with many attending physically while millions more joined online through Phaneroo’s digital platforms and social media channels.

The atmosphere was charged from the start as Uganda’s leading gospel artists delivered powerful performances, setting the tone for a night of intense worship. Later, Phaneroo choirs took over with majestic ministrations in various East African languages, stirring the congregation into deep praise, prayer and speaking in tongues.

At exactly 11:45pm, Apostle Grace Lubega, the visionary founder of Phaneroo Ministries, took to the pulpit, leading the congregation into extended sessions of praise and prayer. By midnight, all three Phaneroo grounds the Main Grounds, Second Grounds and Third Grounds were filled to full capacity, with massive overflows testifying to the scale of the gathering.

The prayers were attended by top government officials, renowned preachers, evangelists and celebrated men and women of God from across the world, underscoring Phaneroo’s growing influence both locally and internationally.

Vision For 2026

In his address, Apostle Lubega revealed that Phaneroo, which currently boasts over 70 Phaneroo live streaming centers across Uganda, is setting its sights on deeper global expansion in 2026, with plans to strengthen and increase its presence in several countries worldwide.

He also announced that the ministry will roll out inter-school conferences at the beginning of the year, targeting primary schools, secondary schools and universities, as part of a deliberate effort to shape the next generation through the Gospel.

Phaneroo continues to spread its message through Manifest TV, Phaneroo Radio and the Phaneroo App, available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Apostle Lubega acknowledged the vital role of the ministry’s funders and sponsors, urging them to remain steadfast in supporting the Gospel mission into 2026.

Prayer, Fasting and National Peace

A major highlight of the night was the launch of a 40-day prayer and fasting marathon, scheduled to run from January 2, 2026, aimed at “breaking the strings of 2025” and positioning believers for a year of opportunity and progress.

Apostle Lubega further announced that the ministry’s first service of 2026 will be held on January 22, allowing the initial election period to pass. He emphasized that Phaneroo will intentionally commit the national elections into prayer, calling for peace, stability and unity in the country.

In a rare but firm call to civic responsibility, he urged congregants to vote for leaders with selfless hearts and genuine intentions to serve, cautioning against voting based on political colors, parties or personalities rather than integrity and competence.

Year Of Salvation, Healing & Achievement

Quoting Acts 9:36, Apostle Lubega declared 2026 as “the year of the power of salvation,” prophesying mass transformation and renewed hope. He further proclaimed 2026 as a year of healing and achievement, sharing testimonies that left the congregation in awe.

Among the testimonies was that of a woman who, after responding to prayers in June 2025, now reports that doctors can no longer detect HIV/AIDS in her body, six months later.

As prayers intensified, several worshippers testified to instant and miraculous healings, including a person with broken legs from a recent accident, an elderly woman healed of paralysis, a young lady whose eyesight was restored, and a young man who testified that missing teeth grew back during the prayers. Many others shared stories of long-standing illnesses being healed during the night.

A Powerful Close

The night reached another spiritual peak when Nigerian gospel music star Ada Ehi, the guest minister, took to the stage, ministering through songs such as Testimony, Victory, You Are Able and I Overcame, leading the congregation into exuberant praise.

The Phaneroo choir later resumed worship, carrying the service through the early hours of the morning until 5:00am, when the overnight prayer officially concluded.

As worshippers departed, many described the Phaneroo Night Prayer 2025 as a life-changing encounter one that not only closed the year with thanksgiving but also launched them into 2026 with renewed faith, expectation and spiritual fire.
